Your Opportunity

The two main deliverables that make this role vital for the organization are: 
1)  Together with a professional and motivated team, support all the financial aspects of the Best10 delivery in the Market  2) The ability to build, develop and together with the team deliver financial strategies for Kazakhstan market aligned to regional priorities.

About You
  • Your ability to combine an advanced analytical approach and helicopter view that can simultaneously develop and manage financial aspects for profitable growth opportunity development will be key to deliver while in this position. 
  • Your thirst and potential for progressive challenges within the organization is essential as well as the ability to support a high flying team as a business partner.


With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be:
  • Establishing credit limits and evaluating the creditworthiness of customers. Conduct regular credit reviews and reassess credit limits based on payment history and changes in creditworthiness.
  • Ensure timely progression of relevant rebate agreements & closings throughout the annual cycle.
  • Check and confirm the Prices for customers
  • Check and confirm customer's discounts and bonuses
  • Develop and implement effective finance and credit control policies and procedures
  • Managing credit and receivable accounts to contribute to the organization’s overall financial stability. Preparing a cash flow forecast.
  • Monitoring credit exposure and minimizing bad debt risks at the organization.
  • Prepare data and actively participate in WoC Forecasts.
  • Analyze trade contracts, conducting with sales teams and legal, ensuring full alignment with Sales & Promo policy.
  • Participation and control of period closing procedures in local accounting and management accounting.
  • Assure implementation of Group policies and standards of internal control, budgeting, reporting, and controlling at the local level.
  • Check and confirm expenses with budget figures, channel, and promotional strategies
  • Intercompany processes (cost price, transfer price, reconciliations, payments)
  • Experience of passing internal, External, and Complex Tax audits
  • 1С ERP System advanced user
  • US GAAP and Kazakhstan Tax Legislation knowledge


The Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy:
  • Educational background - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a credit controller, credit manager, or in a similar role for 3-5 years.
  • Languages: Kazakh, Russian – fluent, English – intermediate level.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on the finer points of financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze financial data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, sales teams, and management.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating payment terms and resolving disputes with customers. 
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and new challenges in the financial environment.
