YOUR OPPORTUNITY

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
You will be a key part of the collaborative team in Total Rewards. You will bring your skill and expertise to conducting job analysis and  job evaluations to determine pay grades. In addition to your other responsibilities, you’ll conduct and participate in compensation surveys.

You will be partnering tightly with C&B, HRIS, Global Mobility, HR and Finance to ensure C&B plans are executed brilliantly and provide highest level of service to the business and our primos.

ABOUT YOU
You demonstrate mathematical skills and the ability to interpret/analyse complex data to develop recommendations and solutions. You are a self-starter, able to search a topic and offer the solution. You possess great communication skills and strong understanding of C&B, HR processes and data. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Implement and support compensation policies and programs in Europe Region
  • Conduct job analysis, evaluation and salary administration to determine appropriate salary grades, ranges, and pricing based on internal and external equity
  • Conducts internal equity analysis and makes recommendations within established guidelines to ensure consistency in pay practices
  • Aids on Pay equity surveys for the region, in accordance to Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging policies
  • Participates in a variety of Human Resources and Compensation related analytical projects including the Year-End compensation cycle
  • Support industry market survey submission process for assigned area(s)
  • Review survey results and proactively provide the analysis of market trend and recommendations for any changes in our structure or individual adjustments based on the data
  • Analyze  data and present to different audience and hierarchical levels
  • Train Human Resources on Compensation policies and processes (merit increase guidelines, budgeting, etc)
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance and business leaders to deliver brilliant pay review and budgeting process
  • Work with regional and global teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • 2-4 years' experience as a compensation analyst required
  • 1-2 years of project management experience (as an advantage)
  • Knowledge of compensation principals, programs, practices
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once
  • Ability to handle sensitive HR information with high degree of confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment and be able to establish new path and processes
  • Ability to work with all levels within an organization in matrixed environment
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in excel advanced functions, word and power point; powerBI or other data analytical tools knowledge is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of the Compensation module on Workday and Mercer Win
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English required
