Your Challenge
  • You will drive & influence the commercial plans and decisions that help achieving the delivery of financial targets.
  • Be integral to driving commercial success and financial excellence for Thailand across all channels. 
  • Be part of a high performing cross-functional team developing strategic revenue growth management, leading our pricing strategies across our portfolio of brands and then execution of these strategy through efficient and effective trade spend management with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be:

An integral part of the role will be working alongside the commercial teams to drive sales results and performance relative to our plans and targets.  

You will lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews along with forward business forecast processes as well as own the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy for Thailand with our Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver optimized net sales value objectives.

Additionally, you will build annual trade spend plans aligned with RGM strategy across trade spend discount depths, promotional tactics and sales mix across national and independent customers. Partner Sales to optimize the trade spend budgets through timely and accurate reporting, value-added actionable insights and in depth analytics as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering – Partner Commercial Head & respective Channel Sales teams to drive sales results & performance relative to our plans and targets.  Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews along with forward business forecast processes.

Revenue Growth Management – Own the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy for Thailand with our Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver optimized net sales value objectives.

Trade Spend Optimization – Build annual trade spend plans aligned with RGM strategy across trade spend discount depths, promotional tactics and sales mix across national and independent customers. Partner Sales to optimize the trade spend budgets through timely and accurate reporting, value-added actionable insights and in depth analytics as required.

Process Improvement & Working Capital Efficiencies – Champion, lead and continuously improve the business processes by reviewing tools, systems, reporting and capabilities to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Work towards improving the working capital for the legal entity.

People – Proactively identify learning and development opportunities across variety of business stakeholders and playing a key role in executing robust plans to raise acumen.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy:
  • Ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships with internal (Matrix) and external partners (Distributors & Customers).
  • Proficiency in Thai and English languages. Spoken knowledge of any other Southeast Asian languages will be considered as an added advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, solution oriented & pro-active.
  • Strong Communicator & Strong Analytical Capability to work with figures.
  • Proficiency with Excel & Building & Navigating through financial reports.
  • Knowledge of the spirits industry in Thailand market (will be advantageous).
  • Experience in Accounting and management of statutory financials (minimum 6 years) / Commercial Finance (6 to 8 years); experience in FMCG / Spirits industry (minimum 8 years).
  • Strategic acumen and strong focus on result and execution.
Personal Qualities:
  • Numerical reasoning and analytical skills, with well-developed written and verbal communication, presentation skills.
  • You demonstrate resilience by overcoming challenges and staying calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency to communicate effectively and clearly in English.
