About the role

A truly unique role combining the opportunity to influence decisions through the optimization of multiple brand investments that will result in superior brand performance and provide strategic financial support to the commercial and marketing team.
On one hand, you will be involved in strategic planning discussions, resource allocation modelling, innovation, P&Ls & management of brand Advertising & Promotional budgets. On the other, you will be responsible to deliver P&L targets and work closely with leaders to improve profitability and sustainable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning & Reporting:
  • Set the commercial targets by Channel, support the breakdown by district and steer it by using P&L by customer tool
  • Provide Monthly review YTD YTG FY Budget/LE
  • Own Gross to Net and allocate resources by channel and investment type
Pricing
  • Set the price list by channel and region
  • Manage all the price index against main competitors to monitor pricing execution
  • Partner with customer marketing team to come up with promo & portfolio strategies
  • Challenge and control all the on-invoice discounts 
Accounting process:
  • Manage and control the accrual process for rebates across markets.
  • Ensure controls are in place around delivery and effectiveness of performance.
G2N:
  • Responsible for the end-to-end rebates process management 
  • Responsible for Rebates management by discount type and channel 
  • Provide on time in full set of reporting to support commercial and marketing team
  • Create a ROI culturing fostering a data driven rebate allocation decision making
Sales Administration:
  • Maintain customer master data hierarchy in SAP updated
  • Own the sales variable compensation process 
  • Support ordering process 
Business partnering:
  • Act as Comercial and Customer Marketing team business partner
  • Engage with Comercial team in customer meetings to understand their needs and walk their shoes  
  • As active member of the finance team partner with FP&A, Controlling and the Finance Director as Finance ambassador in the Comercial area  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The skills and experience needed to create your legacy
  • Experience in financial/ strategic analysis analytical skills. At least 3-5 years of experience. 
  • Strong communication, influencing & collaboration skills required to achieve results across the organization.
  • Comfortable organizing & prioritizing multiple deliverables & resource constraints to optimize results.
  • Fluent in English and/or Spanish written and spoken.
  • Leadership experience as this position will have a team of #3 direct reports

  • A team player, comfortable working across cultures, with a global mindset (occasional travel will be part of the role).
