Afin de renforcer nos équipes Liquides, nous créons un poste de Chef d’équipe élaboration liquide H/F basé sur Marseillan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Missions principales :

  • Assure la qualité de la production de nos Vermouth Noilly Prat et respecte le plan d'analyse et de contrôle,
  • Utilise des matières premières conformes,
  • Expédie des produits conformes,
  • Respecte les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité définies,
  • Supervise les opérations d'entretien du site,
  • Pilote et analyse son budget,
  • Réalise du reporting sur son périmètre,
  • Responsable des relations avec les fournisseurs locaux et de la gestion des contrats en matière de production et de maintenance du site,
  • Manage 2 opérateurs élaboration.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Profil recherché :

  • Technicien en œnologie (BTS) ou Œnologue,
  • 3 ans expérience dans la fabrication des procédés de vin ou de spiritueux,
  • Bonnes connaissances des normes ISO/industrie agroalimentaire,
  • Expertise en analyse sensorielle,
  • Maîtrise des moyens de filtration et des contrôles analytiques,
  • Maîtrise du pack office,
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
