RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner, have the product knowledge to offer advice.
- Ensure that food and drinks are prepared and presented according to established standards.
- Accurate use of the EPOS system processing sales, cash handling, uploading new items and stock taking.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including cleaning tables, counters and equipment.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability but minimise waste.
- Following licensing laws, and our responsible drinking principles at all times.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Lead the delivery of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- The ability to stand for long periods and lift and carry trays or equipment if required.
- Knowledge of different kinds of hot beverages. There is no need for a Barista qualification as our machine is fully automated.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Flexible attitude with a determination to deliver 5 star service with food and drink to match.
