As a Brand Performance Finance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to integrate financial discipline with marketing and business strategies. You will foster informed decision-making, maximize the financial impact of our marketing efforts and ensure that our resources are being allocated in the most optimised manner, in line with our Big bets and Best 10 ambition.

The Finance team needs to continuously evolve and be at the forefront of Global Travel Retail, pushing boundaries and leading from the front – if you have not just the skillset that we are looking for but also that mentality, then this role could be a great step for you.


With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
  • You will help support the GTR Global Marketing team & Marketing Director as a key business partner. 
  • You will help plan & manage brand strategies, marketing plans & A&P budgets (incl. ensuring correct posting of costs) 
  • You will track global GTR brand performance, supporting regions to improve delivery across key metrics
  • You will contribute towards GTR strategic planning, IAP, resource allocation & annual budgeting process 
  • You will act as a leader for Measurement & Evaluation of spend in GTR 
  • You will evaluate innovation opportunities, supporting P&L development in line with KPIs 


The skills and experience needed to create your legacy
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in financial/ strategic analysis gained from experience in a consumer goods/ retail environment or professional services
  • Effective storytelling: able to take complex ideas and summarize into concise insights and recommendations with data visualization 
  • Strong communication, influencing & collaboration skills required in order to achieve results across the organisation
  • Comfortable organizing & prioritizing multiple deliverables & resource constraints to optimize results
  • High comfort modelling & understanding large & complex datasets, turning them into useful information & insights
  • Education: Accounting qualification preferred (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CA or equivalent). Degree level with strong results

  • Ability to understand & influence decision making, especially commercial decisions
