YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Your opportunity
You are part of the Global Logistic &Trading Tech team and work closely with regional Supply Chain function and global business process owner. You are a key player in the Bacardi Transformation process by ensuring a perfect Tech adaptation to new business models (new route to market or new co-packing site integration in global ERP) Main scope will be focusing on AMEA region, but could be part of other global project roll-out or other regions projects.

You have a good project management and communication skills and love team management.
You have good SAP configuration skills and know how to translate business requirement into Functional and Technical Specifications. 
You are able to work with internal and external team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver new route to market and integrate new copacker/distribution center in SAP with expected quality
  • Manage “Bacardi Enterprise Structure Transformation” projects (aiming at integrating new SAP plant, storage location or new intercompany flows)
    • Ensure all deliverables are made according to the compliance and internal audit procedures
    • Manage resource, scope and timeline
    • Ensure the quality of the documentation and proper KT to the support team and to the different Solution Managers
    • Identify users impacted by initiatives and ensure proper training when needed
  • Contribute as Functional expert to the delivery of “Bacardi Enterprise Structure Transformation” projects
    •  Understand business requirement and convert into Functional/Technical specifications in the area of Logistic, trading (MM) and as a plus in customer service (SD)
    • Understand Bacardi global template and ensure any Technical / Process roll out is made according to global template
    • Identify potential GAP versus global template and document the reason justifying the GAP
    • Properly understand and maintain the approval procedures for the different functional configuration
    • Build (configure, support development)
    • Test and support end user testing
    • Manage cutover and Post go Live support
  • Measures of Success
    • Activities/Projects assigned to you are successfully delivered
    • You demonstrate the capacity of creating the perfect link with the stakeholders involved in the Bacardi process 
    • You are recognized by business as a valuable partner to clarify requirements, understand needs and ensure solutions

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  •  Experience in project management
  • Deep Knowledge on solution technology, especially SAP MM, SD and Integration (interfaces)
  • Understand the business process design, especially in the area of logistic and customer service
  • Able to successfully manage several activities at the same time
  • Able to speak about technicalities with the business and able to understand business language
  • Have capacity to understand the processes end-to-end
  • Possess data analysis skills
