YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Your Opportunity

You will assist the Local Finance Manager in enabling accounting across the French legal entities (market and production). Your Job will not only ensure the correct measurements for accounting but also improving processes for budgeting and planning. While also ensuring financial and tax compliance with the local government and legislation.

About You

To be successful in this role you need to bring an solid knowledge in finance, the necessary accuracy & structural thinking. A result driven attitude with an ambitious vision and personal goal setting will bring your own characteristic goals in this function.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be

Drive results & excellence in execution 
  • Assistant in local statutory accounting 
  • Working with our global shared services teams to ensure the right level of service 
  • Liaise with internal / external audits and implement action plans from audit recommendations
  • SOX testing and issue remediation
  • Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
  • Assist with Tax audits with local tax authorities following Global Tax guidelines
  • Application of Finance & Accounting Best Practices
Creating a Winning Team
  • Help drive a culture of excellence in execution that recognizes and rewards high performance
  • Ensure all employees have a knowledge of Bacardi company history and culture
  • Be an active partner in Finance Community – in France and across the Europe region (there would be opportunities to work on regional / global projects) 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The skills and experience needed to create your legacy
  • 2-3 years of relevant Finance experience
  • Strong accounting (Local Accounting Standards & IFRS) and taxation knowledge
  • IT literate – particularly familiarity with SAP ERP systems 
  • Excellent French and English skills, written and spoken

  • Highly analytical and able to quickly identify and analyze risks and impacts and define alternatives
  • Strong accuracy & reliability
  • Capable of communicating precisely, effectively and convincingly based on facts with internal and external stakeholders alike. So able to influence management by condensing complex topics into simple and clear actions. 
  • Self-motivated and self-directed and able to work with agility
