Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Team Lead, BES, PEX, Recruitment this is a unique opportunity to be part of our Primo Experience Team to deliver Talent Search activities across the Globe. You will build deep partnerships at a global and local level across Bacardi to understand sourcing and hiring needs and provide Talent Search support to a multitude of stakeholders.

 You will play a vital role in helping to build our Talent Pools and internal succession strength to help Bacardi deliver against our BEST10 growth ambitions.

About You

You are skilled at consistently building deep, trusting partnerships with business and HR leaders. 

Speed, action, and organisation define your approach as you navigate multiple high-priority Talent Search projects.

You are solution-oriented with fantastic attention to detail, great listening skills and a proactive approach to anticipating business hiring needs


With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
  • Receive recruitment requisitions and organize the briefing with Hiring Managers and HR.

  • Post job advertisements in Next Move, External Careers, LinkedIn, and local job boards.

  • Screen CVs, schedule and execute interviews and tests.

  • Send selected CVs and interview notes to Hiring Managers and schedule interviews.

  • Inform unsuccessful candidates.

  • Perform reference checks and define salary for selected candidates.

  • Confirm receipt of the signed offer and send a welcome email to new hires.

  • Complete trackers report accurately and on time.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and anticipate potential issues.

  • Facilitate recruitment knowledge transfer and shadowing sessions for local markets.

  • Document and update recruitment processes and suggest process improvements.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, identify, and assess needs, and resolve complaints.

  • Develop personal skills and contribute to team development through training and knowledge transfer.

  • Promote Bacardi culture, and values, and participate in company and team activities.

  • Communicate effectively through different channels and explain processes to stakeholders as required.


The skills and experience needed to create your legacy
  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations or similar.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to create an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and close attention to detail.
  • Authentic approach and listening skills to manage stakeholder’s expectations in relation to service levels and delivery timelines.
  • Willingness to collaboratively work with teams across different geographies and cultures.
  • Fluency in English and French is a must, any other language is an asset.
