YOUR OPPORTUNITY

A principal responsabilidade do analista de transportes é garantir que o produto faturado chegue no tempo correto e com o custo correto ao cliente, assegurando assim o sucesso da experiência do mesmo e a continuidade do fluxo vendas-entrega. Para isto, deverá gerenciar diferentes parceiros como transportadoras, equipe de apoio de pagamento e times internos de faturamento e customer service. Deverá estar sempre em busca de oportunidades de otimização tanto de custos como de diminuição de leadtime.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analisar e acompanhar as demandas de acordo com as criticidades apresentadas para mitigar os riscos na cadeia de suprimentos.
  • Gerir as previsões dos materiais e os respectivos prazos de entregas e chegadas nos clientes
  • Gerir parceiros e garantir o atingimento do nível de serviço esperado das transportadores, construindo e acompanhando planos de ações efetuados
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com Customer Service para uma efetividade do combo custo-data da entrega
  • Trabalhar em projetos de otimização de custos como BIDs, relação LTL-FTL, Milkrun, etc.
  • Key User da Lupeon (TMS) garantindo o acesso dos parceiros, aprovação e auditoria das exceções e custos extras.
  • Gerir equipe de apoio localizada na Costa Risca responsável pela efetivação dos pagamentos dos parceiros da cadeia de transportes e Supply como um todo.

Critical Experiences for Success 
  • Bacharelado em Engenharia, Administração, Negócios, Logística ou equivalente 
  • SAP ECC (Obrigatório – ERP semelhante pode ser analisado).
  • Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos (desejável).
  • Inglês intermediário (obrigatório)
  • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em logística/transportes (obrigatório). 
  • Bons conhecimentos de Excel (Obrigatório).
  • Power BI ou conhecimento semelhante é desejado (desejável).
