YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Nessa função você estará baseado no escritório em São Paulo junto com colegas de outras áreas multifuncionais em um modelo de trabalho híbrido com alta frequência de visitas aos pontos de vendas e eventos que podem ocorrer à noite ou em finais de semana. Você será parte de um time integrado de Marketing e terá interações com agências, times terceirizados e possivelmente com áreas de suporte regionais.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Controle de KPIs: Monitorar e analisar os principais KPIs do canal, garantindo a eficácia das estratégias implementadas.
  • Desenvolvimento de Calendários Promocionais: Planejar, desenvolver e executar calendários promocionais em clientes do canal on-trade (bares, restaurantes e casas noturnas).
  • Ativação em Eventos:  Coordenar e executar ativações em eventos, assegurando que as marcas da Bacardi estejam devidamente representadas.
  • Controle de Investimentos: Gerenciar e controlar o orçamento destinado a atividades promocionais e eventos, garantindo a eficiência dos gastos.
  • Desenvolvimento de Materiais Promocionais: Criar e implementar materiais promocionais que suportem as estratégias de marketing e aumentem a visibilidade das marcas nos pontos de venda.
  • Acompanhamento de Performance: Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com o time comercial para acompanhar e analisar a performance das campanhas e atividades promocionais, propondo melhorias contínuas.
Measures of Success: 
  • Aumento de vendas e faturamento nos pontos de vendas do canal eventos e on trade.
  • Calendário e scorecard de ativações no tempo correto e conforme planejamento trazendo aumento de sell out.
  • Melhora no desempenho de conversão e penetração das marcas nos eventos e on trade.
  • Gestão eficaz do orçamento promocional e otimização de investimentos de marketing.
  • Crescimento do número de parcerias e colaborações com bares, restaurantes, casas noturnas e eventos.
  • Integração com outras áreas para alcançar objetivos comuns.

  • Inglês avançado (obrigatório)
  • Espanhol é um diferencial.

  • Excelentes conhecimentos do pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
