Dans ce rôle vous ferez partie de l’équipe Service Client. Sous le lead de votre manager, vous serez en support de l’équipe et participerez au suivi des commandes et des projets liés à la satisfaction client.
Votre rigueur et votre orientation client seront essentielles pour réussir dans ce rôle.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Avec nos consommateurs au cœur de tout ce que nous faisons, vos objectifs seront les suivants:
- Gérer les commandes des clients de la réception jusqu’à la livraison.
- Suivre le flux comptable et les éventuelles anomalies liées à la facturation
- Analyser les réclamations logistiques
- Contribuer aux projets de collaboration et d’amélioration continue liés à la satisfaction client
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Les compétences et l'expérience nécessaires pour créer votre heritage
- Capacité à comprendre les process liés aux commandes et leur gestion au sein d’un système informatique intégré (SAP ERP)
- Communication et présentation - capables de fournir des messages pertinents aux parties prenantes appropriées
- Cette alternance est accessible à partir d'un niveau de formation BAC + 2 - DUT, BTS ou Business School, une 1ère expérience dans un poste similaire est un plus
- Définition des priorités : consacre son temps et le temps des autres à ce qui est important. Élimine les blocages.
- Recherche de résultats : comprend l'importance stratégique de respecter les indicateurs de performance clés
- État d‘esprit orienté client - Connaissance des outils informatiques : Niveau avancé excel, Word, Powerpoint (+ VBA serait un plus)
- Langues : français, anglais lu, écrit, parlé
