Your Opportunity

As Activation Manager in KC, you will be responsible for the flawless execution of a BTL plan that positions Bacardi as one of the industry leaders in activation. Creating moments that matter for the consumer and being a key enabler to winning in the On Trade. 

You will have a strong footprint in the field and work closely with Business Managers and Field Manager covering all Madrid city and ensuring a cohesive approach to planning & execution activating our brands with consistency and effectiveness, according with local market needs and fully aligned with Brand/.Customer Marketing Managers.
You will build and develop best in class CPA capabilities at a local level that will enable us to win in the city. 

The nature of the role will mean that most of your time will be spent in the field supporting the Business Managers & the Heald of Field of Madrid to ensure the excellence in the plan’s execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
  • Execute implementation of the “Winning In” customer marketing strategy in KC. 
  • Building long-term relationships with key strategic customers. 
  • Ownership of the A&P budget and tools allocated to the City. 
  • Responsible to coordinate and update bottom-up plan worked with BM’s and aligned with Field Manager and Customer Marketing Managers. 
  • Ensure negotiation, definition and execution of tailor made visibilities and activations in Key Cities with perfect execution. 
  • BTL Agency Management: from briefing to execution. 
  • Evaluation of Activities developed in the City, M&E for Key Activities to ensure we continue with proven growth driver activities.
  • Influence during IAP process to ensure resources and activities needed are covered during IAP process. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • You will have an unrivalled passion for the On Trade and experience of delivering moments of "wow” in the sector. 
  • Minimum 3 years sales or marketing experience working preferably in the On Trade channel.
  • Experience of working with and influencing stakeholders to develop and implement clear agendas and longer-term execution plans.
  • Experience in balancing long and short-term priorities to create efficiencies. 
  • Comprehension of competitive market for brand and category. Comfortable interpreting data to develop initiatives to grow the brand in line with company values.
  • Experience of managing a budget and across multiple stakeholders.
  • Negotiation skills. 
  • English and Spanish required.
