- In this role, you will provide crucial administrative and commercial support to our customers and Key Account Managers.
- We offer a flexible work environment with the option to work both remotely from home and in our office.
- This versatile role involves working closely with the respective Key Account Managers to manage retail and horeca customers.
- You will be in contact with the customer, supporting in various activities and are responsible for financially relevant sales processes. This may concern translating customer contract into the relevant systems, promotional planning and checking invoices.
- You will also collaborate frequently with other departments, such as supply chain, marketing, finance and customer service , ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
- You are an enthusiastic and commercially savvy administrative professional who excels in communication and thrives in a team environment.
- You have a knack for diving into the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture, all with the goal of driving future growth.
- Experience in a commercial environment—preferably FMCG
- Financially savvy, accurate, and structured in your approach.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude with a strong drive for results.
- Affinity for data analysis, providing insights, and working with systems (e.g., SAP, Excel, Anaplan).
- Excellent communication skills—you can convey ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Team player with a customer-oriented mindset—you enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different departments.
- Ability to confidently manage projects independently
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and support account-related activities, both internally and externally.
- Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, including managing agreements and promotional activities.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting; ensure accurate data entry.
- Active collaboration with Key Account Managers to drive results, providing support and implement best practices.
- Prepare and launch customer innovations while optimizing processes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Customer-focused, commercially savvy, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent financial understanding, analytical abilities, and organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize under pressure; punctual, positive, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Dutch and English; experienced with Microsoft Office and SAP (Rebates Module preferred).
- Independent worker who thrives in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
