Dans ce rôle et sous la direction de votre manager, vous travaillerez sur le réseau distributeurs ON-TRADE français (France
Boissons, DistriBoissons, C10) et Cash&Carry (Metro).

Plus précisément, vous devrez :
  • Contribuer à la mise en place d’activations trade marketing pour nos clients afin de gagner des parts de marché dans le OnTrade.
  • Être en contact avec nos différentes agences (création, impression, évènementiel) pour développer la création de visuels publicitaires, de supports de vente et de PLV, dans le respect des budgets ainsi que des timings impartis.
  • Travailler sur des analyses marché (via Nielsen CGA, Datasharing clients, Kantar, IWSR) pour identifier les opportunités de croissance et définir des activités concrètes, dans le but de nourrir les services internes (Compte clés, Terrain, équipe de direction) sur les performances des catégories et de prendre des décisions.
  • Organiser des évènements en étroite collaboration avec le marketing, tels que les salons distributeurs et les showrooms annuels, afin de faire briller nos marques à travers notre univers, nos priorités et nos activations.
  • Être l'expert local des consommateurs et des clients CHR sur l'ensemble du réseau On-Trade afin de faire croître la catégorie des spiritueux et Bacardi-Martini au sein de cette catégorie.
  • Être capable de concevoir des présentations marché claires et impactantes mettant en évidence les performances des différentes catégories de spiritueux (vodka, gin, tequila etc) et des marques de Bacardi-Martini (Bombay Sapphire, St-Germain, Get 27, Martini etc).


  • • Dans ce rôle, vous ferez partie de l'équipe Category Développement Manager On-Trade et travaillerez sur le portefeuille distributeurs grossistes et Cash&Carry.
  • Sous le lead de votre manager (CatDev OnTrade), vous serez en charge de développer des activations trade marketing pour les clients, d'accompagner votre supérieur hiérarchique au sein des temps forts annuels internes ainsi qu’externes et travaillerez en collaboration avec les équipes KAM et Marketing/Trade Marketing afin d’accroître notre part de marché et celles de nos marques emblématiques.
  • Votre maîtrise de l'analyse, votre capacité organisationnelle en gestion de projet ainsi que votre orientation client seront essentielles pour réussir dans ce rôle.


  • Niveau d’études Bac +4 à Bac +5.
  • Vous avez un très bon relationnel et faites preuve de dynamisme et de rigueur.
  • Vous démontrez un sens de l’organisation.
